If Weight Watchers donates $1 for every pound lost during Lose For Good®, then I'm already in the red. I'm up 3.2 pounds from last week's weigh-in. Uh-oh.
Guess that family fun food tour of The Strip over the weekend caught up with me. I don't know why. All I had was two teeny tiny little donuts. And a pepperoni roll. And a tiny little almond-filled Italian pastry (if by tiny you mean roughly the size of a baseball glove).
Okay, okay. I'm back in the saddle, man. My Lose For Good® goal is 8.4 pounds by October 23. There, I said it. Now hold me to it.
