The reality is, if I keep doing what I've been doing, my body will start revolting at any time. This, my friends, is purely accidental loss. And I'm tired of accidental anything. It's time to start being intentional again. To start making decisions and changes.
Last week I asked if anyone was up for some accountability and a number of you responded. So how about we start with some mini challenges?
You in? Good.
Okay, starting tomorrow, we're going to do a challenge a week. This week's challenge is water. I'm not drinking enough. Are you? I drink about 3 Coke Zeros a day, followed by a sip of water and a cup of hot tea. My goal for this week is to wean myself down to 1 soda a day and drink 8 glasses of water.
If you already do that, then you're already ahead...awesome! If not, leave me a comment and let me know you're in for the challenge.
